1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through Pre-Owned Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a webshop specializing in luxury pre-owned designer bags and accessories. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.
1.2 Our webshop complies with Dutch and European Union laws and regulations, including those concerning consumer rights, e-commerce, and privacy.
1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms will always be available on our website.
Products and Pricing
2.1 All products sold on our website are authentic pre-owned designer items. Minor imperfections may be present due to their pre-owned nature. These are described and/or photographed as accurately as possible.
2.2 Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
2.3 We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors in pricing at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing your order.
Ordering and Payment
3.1 Orders can be placed through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment options. All payment information is processed securely.
3.3 Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We ship to addresses within the EU and selected international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
4.2 While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Ownership of the product(s) transfers to you upon delivery. The risk of loss or damage also transfers to you at this point.
Returns and Refunds
5.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product(s) without giving a reason, as per EU consumer law. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this period.
5.2 To initiate a return, please send an email to info@preownedcollective.com with the subject line “Return” and include your order number.
5.3 Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and any accompanying documentation. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective or not as described.
5.4 Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Authenticity Guarantee
6.1 We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold on our website. If you believe a product is not authentic, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.
6.2 In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding authenticity, an independent third-party expert may be engaged. We will follow their findings in resolving the matter.

7.1 We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands unless mandatory EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
