At Pre-Owned Collective, we aim to deliver your purchases safely and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy, including rates for both domestic and international shipments via PostNL, with insured shipping options. We have outlined the weight limits for each shipping method as well.

Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands):

    • Shipping Method: Insured shipping with Track & Trace up to €500.
    • Rate: €7.25 (including VAT)
    • Processing Time: Delivery the next business day if shipped before 5:00 PM.
  • Packages over €500 
    • Shipping Method: Insured shipping with a higher liability limit.
    • Rate: €14.90 (including VAT) 
    • Processing Time: Delivery the next business day if shipped before 5:00 PM.
International Shipping:
  • EU Destinations:
    • Packages up to €500 
      • Shipping Method: Insured shipping with Track & Trace up to €500.
      • Rate: €12.00 (including VAT) 
      • Processing Time: Delivery the next business day if shipped before 3:00 PM.
    • Packages over €500 
      • Shipping Method: Insured shipping with a higher liability limit.
      • Rate: €15.20 (including VAT) 
      • Processing Time: Delivery the next business day if shipped before 3:00 PM.
  • Non-EU Destinations:
    • Packages up to €500 
      • Shipping Method: Insured shipping with Track & Trace up to €500.
      • Rate: €17.90 (including VAT) 
      • Processing Time: Delivery within five to seven business days, depending on the destination country.
    • Packages over €500 
      • Shipping Method: Insured shipping with a higher liability limit.
      • Rate: €23.90 (including VAT) 
      • Processing Time: Delivery within five to seven business days, depending on the destination country.
Important Information:
  • Insured Shipping: All listed rates include insurance up to the stated amount. For shipments with a higher value, additional insurance can be purchased for an extra fee.
  • Delivery Times: The estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and holidays.
  • Customs and Duties: For international shipments outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund and Return Policy

  1. Right to Withdraw You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product(s) without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
  2. Return Process To exercise your right to withdraw, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Please send an email to info@preownedcollective.com with the subject line “Return” and include your order number.
  3. Conditions for Returns
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, which includes the product, packaging, and any accompanying documentation.
    • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective or not as described.
  4. Refund Processing Upon receiving the returned product(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  5. Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange once the product has been returned and inspected.

Please note that items that are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may not be eligible for a refund.
